One of the members of QEP, Enker is the oldest of the two. Like his brother, he was once one of the many Wily creations before he lost to Megaman. During the Yellow Devil failure, Enker decided to go into the protection buisness. So he and Enker formed the QEP to earn some money doing body guard work.
