One of the three most powerful warriors working for the Mages, Thunder Fox is the middle man of the three. He was created by TJ to test Akuma's genetic code and see if it can connect with others. It failed and was scrapped. The Mages found the body and used their magic to bring it to life. He has more experienced then Sasami and is stronger then Evil Ryu, but vice versa it's the other way around. He's also the youngest of the three, a year under Sasami.
